I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time. I have received your messages and understand how frustrating the wait for your orders has been. I deeply appreciate your support and am working tirelessly to ensure every order is fulfilled. Below, I’ve addressed some of the most common questions I’ve received:
1. “Where is my order? It’s been weeks since I placed it!”
We’ve been working through 2,139 orders after going viral on November 7, 2024. We are now down to zero pending orders, meaning all orders are either being prepared, packed, or shipped. If you provided an email during checkout, you should receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please keep an eye on your email (and your spam folder) for updates.
2. “I haven’t received any updates. What’s going on?”
Order updates are sent via email, so it’s important to provide one when placing your order. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If no email was provided, unfortunately, we cannot send order-specific updates. However, I post daily updates on my social media accounts about our progress, so I encourage you to follow me there!
3. “How can I get updates on my order’s status?”
If you provided an email at checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For ongoing updates about order fulfillment and drop-offs, follow my social media pages, where I share daily progress and other important information.
4. “How much longer will I need to wait for my order to ship?”
Currently, my processing time is 7 to 21 business days. However, due to the influx of orders, processing may take longer. If you ordered a custom item, please understand that these take extra time to create. On average, I aim to process orders within the stated timeframe, but some may take a few weeks to a month or more.
5. “Why is it taking so long to fulfill orders?”
On November 7, 2024, my shop went viral, and I received over 2,000 orders overnight. As a physically disabled individual, I handle most of the order prepping and packing myself, with help from my small team of three. Many items are handmade, which requires additional time, especially while waiting on materials. We are not a large corporation but a small team doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
6. “I ordered a custom item. How long will it take to ship?”
All custom items are handmade by me, which requires extra time. With the influx of orders, it may take a few weeks, a month, or even longer. Once your custom order is ready and we print the label, you’ll receive a tracking number via email if you provided one.
7. "I ordered a Sodalite bracelet with the heart charms. When will it ship?"
If you ordered a custom Sodalite bracelet, please note that the waiting time remains the same as the pre-ordered regular bracelets and any other custom or may be slightly longer. This is because we are currently waiting for the new inventory to arrive, which has been delayed due to customs issues. Once the materials arrive, we will begin making your bracelet, and the processing time for your order will officially start at that point. Thank you for your patience!
