ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Melanin and Moon Minerals does not accept any refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations at any time, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. When the package is sent out, it is no longer in my control, and USPS claims responsibility for it. From there, it is up to the customer to report lost or damaged goods to USPS. You can file a claim on the USPS website.
